Noah Manuel
Powerlifting Coach based out of Hawaii
Noah started powerlifting in 2020 while in Hawaii, convinced by a family friend to train alongside him. What began as a favor instantly became a passion that continues today. Though formally educated in Finance, through his own study and years of trial and error in self-programming, Noah has set competition personal bests of a 600lb squat, 345lb bench, and 600lb deadlift.
Noah coaches raw powerlifters through evidence-based programming and meet prep, and has more recently expanded into helping clients in their weight loss and physique goals. As a founding member of UNLV Powerlifting, he coached close to a dozen athletes — mainly novice and intermediate lifters — to new PRs.
Noah looks to take his passion for the sport and help guide others through individualized coaching and programming that sets them up for long-term progress. Beyond chasing PRs, he's committed to protecting client longevity — training in a way that lets you keep competing, healthy, for decades.
